For every other problem with the human body, doctors suggest two simple things: medicine (care) and diet (care). Most of all our problems are because of lack of certain things that affect the general activities such as digestion, metabolism and growth in general. “Diet?” You might ask. Yes DIET, a balanced diet. Every body drools on certain kind of foods while also hates certain foods. Such behavior is common, and so is taking only favorite foods.

Doctors suggest that continuous intake of balance diet is a difficult ask to anybody and especially women. However sticking to a diet by keeping it balanced in terms of a day or a week should help the way the body grows.

Every cell in a human body is like a human body within itself. Each cell needs certain kind of diet to grow. The hair is same as this and it also needs good food and cleanliness to grow healthily.

Diet for hair includes protein rich food and especially food that complement the type of hair your body has. If you have dry hair you will need to take of lots of water to keep your hair moist rich. If you have normal hair, you need to take simple diets and diets rich in vitamins and proteins. And if you have oily hair, include lots of fruits in your diet to keep the body clean and avoid any junk food.
